For over 39 years, Mikel D. Bryan and his staff, have been providing quality legal services for a wide variety of clients in the areas of real estate, business, construction, and mediation services involving matters throughout the State of California, particularly with emphasis on those arising in Sonoma, Marin, Mendocino, and Humboldt Counties.

Over the years of service to our clients, our office has shown its continued dedication to the ideals of competent legal guidance and counsel through integrity, courage, preparation and results. This is evidenced by our continuing long term relationships with our clients.

Our office utilizes personal contact, professional expertise and experience to provide the legal services necessary to assist our clients in the successful solution of their legal interests.

Our office has also been providing mediation services to individuals, businesses, and the court system to assist participants in reaching a mutually acceptable resolution of their dispute. Utilizing appropriate skills and techniques, our office will assist the parties in opening and/or improving the lines of communication between the parties, with the goal of providing an avenue by which the parties themselves can formulate a mutually agreeable resolution of their differences.
